Introduction to Account Data Table Presets

Overview

The Data Table is a tool that allows to colorize, sort, order and filter objects based on object attributes.

Use Data Table to display model properties, including the custom properties, in a grid view for reporting purposes. The Data Table allows grouping objects by different properties, configuring visible columns, seeing quantities and exporting to a spreadsheet in CSV format.  

Account level Data Table presets allows admins to create presets that can be shared and used across projects owned by your account.

Account level Data Table presets can be viewed in two contexts:

Who Can Edit Account Level Data Table Presets 

Only Admin users in your account can edit or make changes to Account level Data Table presets. 

Account users cannot edit an account level data table preset, however from within the project - the user can make edits to and click Save as… which will then save the edits as a new project level preset.
