Manage Project Users (Bulk Operations)
Bulk Operations Support for Managing Project Users
As an Account Admin, you can easily see and manage who has access to your account's projects.
The following bulk operations are supported:
Adding up to 15 users to 25 projects (per request)
Changing a single user's role in up to 25 projects (per request)
Removing a single user from up to 25 projects (per request)
Known Issues & Limitations
Selecting projects from different regions is not supported
For accounts with many projects (over 1000) - the loading of the project list may take some time.
Adding Users to Multiple Account Projects
The add user(s) to multiple projects
From the Account Admin Dashboard, navigate to the Projects Users page.
Click on the desired user(s) to open the detail panel.
You can select up to 15 users at one time.Click Add to projects button.
The Add to projects dialog will open.
Select the desired role you want the user to have.
The Project User role is selected by default.Select the desired projects you want to add the user(s) to.
Note you can only select projects from one region at one time.Click Add.
A processing widget will be displayed in the lower right corner of the screen to indicate when the job has finished processing.
Remove a User from Multiple Projects
As an Account Owner or Company Admin, you can remove users from projects owned by your account. There are some exceptions when removing a user will not work:
You cannot remove a project admin if they are the only admin in the project. You must assign the admin role to another user before removing the current admin.
You cannot remove a user if they are the only user in the project.
The remove a user from multiple projects
From the Account Admin Dashboard, navigate to the Projects Users page.
Click on the desired user to open the detail panel.
Next the to Add to projects button, click the overflow menu button.
Click Remove from projects.
The Remove from account projects dialog will open.
Only the projects the user is in will be displayed in the Projects list.Select the desired projects you want to remove the user(s) from.
Note you can only select projects from one region at one time.Click Remove from projects.

Change a User's Role in Multiple Projects
As an Account Owner or Company Admin, you can change the role or project users but there is one exception when changing a user will not work:
