Known Limitations

Changing project ownership to another account does not currently transfer ownership of the master libraries - they can be edited in the project context only by the project admins who are members of the original owning account

In the initial release, there is not a merge feature available that would enable merging changes from the master library template to the libraries in the project context after the template has been applied for the first time.
