Trimble Connect grants access to the dashboard to Account Admin users. The admin role is defined in the Account Management portal where you manage users & licenses.
At a high level Trimble Connect supports the following roles (as defined by the external system):
Licensing System: Trimble Account
Role: Account Owner, Secondary Account Owner, Company Admin
Licensing System: Tekla Online
Role: Administrator
Licensing System: Trimble Civil Product Services
Role: (Contract) Admin

If you are an Admin you will see a link under the User dropdown menu for Account Administration. Click this link to be directed to the dashboard.
To access the Account Admin Dashboard
Sign in to Trimble Connect.
Open the App Switcher dropdown menu.
Click the Account Administration link.
The Dashboard will open.
