Who Can Edit Project Libraries

After the property set master library has been applied to a project, it becomes visible to all project admins in the project.

Edit access to the library is only given to project admins who are licensed under your account. Project admins who belong to other accounts will see a message that informs them of the view-only access. In other words, the ownership of the master library template stays with the account where it was created even after being applied to a project that has users from multiple accounts collaborating in it.

Property set libraries that are created locally in the project without using a master library template, continue to be editable by all project admins in the project.
