Connect Licensed Users

IMPORTANT NOTE

The users listed in the inside Trimble Connect's Admin Dashboard is populated when a user signs in to the Trimble Connect application and does not come directly from the licensing system from which your account originates and, therefore may not always reflect the most up to date information. 

Trimble Connect's Admin Dashboard Internal Users page should not be considered as the source of truth for your account's users. If you have revoked a license from a user or removed a user from your account in your license management portal, the next time the user signs in, they will not be be licensed under your account and the Trimble Connect's Admin Dashboard Internal Users list will get updated with the latest information.

Overview

The internal users page is where you will find all the list of users who have licenses assigned to them from your account that have signed in to Trimble Connect.

Trimble Connect's system only becomes aware of a user and their relationship to your account when they sign in. If a user has a license from your account but is not displayed in Trimble Connect's Admin Dashboard Internal Users list, it means they have not signed in to or accessed the Trimble Connect applications.


Each user has the following information listed:


Removed Users

A user becomes listed as Removed when you have revoked all assigned licenses assigned to them.

Please note: Removing or revoking a license from a user does not remove them your account's projects - it only stops them from being able to create new projects with your account's license.

Refreshing the Data

If you think the data in the table is not up to date you can do a force pull request for data by clicking the Overflow Menu › Refresh.

Please note that the users listed in the Internal Users page is populated when a user signs into the Trimble Connect application and does not come directly from the licensing system from which your account originates and, therefore may not always reflect the most up to date information. 

There may be times when a removed user is still being listed as active in Connect's Admin Dashboard - this is due data being cached in the Connect system. When a user signs in to Connect, their licenses and status in your account will be updated. Please visit Trimble Account Management Portal or Tekla Online Admin Tool, or Trimble Civil Product Services (TCPS) to see the most up to date information on your licensed users.

Export to Excel

To export the list of users, click on the Overflow Menu › Export to Excel. You will see a message in the lower left corner of the screen after the export is complete. 

The exported file will be in .XLS format.
